We want you to love your REFY products. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
